[vorbis] Tag info

The tag TRACKNUMBER is set by oggenc when using the -N switch. This is
the official "album track" tag.

Don't use ogginfo for that, use vorbiscomment instead. AFAIK, ogginfo is
a more or less proof-of-concept only application that checks for stream
integrity and to display some of the stats (someone once said that it's
a bit broken, too). The dedicated comments displaying and editing tool
in the vorbis-tool package is vorbiscomment.
