I use ExactAudioCopy ( http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/eac.html . Freeware
though not opensource) for ripping and a modified Perl script which a kind
soul on this mailing list had put together for encoding/tagging/deleting
wavs (Thanks BTW).
EAC supports external encoders so there should be no problem with
ripping/encoding from CD to Ogg using that program
