[vorbis] german ogg-vorbis page 2nd run :)

Sorry if this gets posted twice, i had some troubles here, windows ;)

Thanks for the interest :) Maybe you could take a look at the "beta" version
of the site:

I think I'll create a banner for the top with icons for very part of the
page, like on vorbis.com, and create an own page for every single part. And
maybe german webspace would be a lot faster, so if you, Klaus-J. Wolf, could
manage it, I would be very grateful, especially because the forum would take
around 20 MB when 1000 people are registered, so I think at the beginning
20 - 25 MBs would be sufficient ;). I don't think we'll get 1000 registered
members but limited webspace is always a problem. I would need some
moderators for the forum too, but i think that'll get managed later.

If there is a webdesigner around, I would be very happy if he could redesign
the page, because my skills are very limited :)
