[vorbis] vorbis rebroadcaster?

Are you meaning transcoding .wma into vorbis for transmission? In terms
of audio quality this is probably a worse idea than mp3->ogg, oh and
it's also in violation of the terms of the Microsoft license which
forbids any transcoding of .asf to other formats. (Yes microsoft are
wankers....)
