[vorbis] Special Characters in artist field

Okay the guys at xmms quickly dismissed this as a duplicate of a
previous (fixed) bug. With the info the bug report gave I still can't
get it to work (see link).
If I do a
ogginfo cocoon.ogg | iconv -t ISO-8859-1 -f UTF-8
it correctly yields:
...
artist=Björk
...
So doesn't that mean the oggenc is encoding correctly in UTF-8? I'm
being a little slow on this one, please forgive me . . .
