Not quite true with RC2.  I have a clip where I could pick out the original wave blindly *without 
fail* all the way to the highest bitrate (350 kbps).  In fact, the OGG seemed to stop improving 
around 160 kbps.  Anyway, I believe these are tuning issues that will be fixed by the next
