[vorbis] Encoder signature question

Uh, sure it does, officially since RC2 on the encoder side and RC1 for
decoding, to be exact. The stereo coupling mode(s) can only be chosen
indirectly by picking the desired bitrate at this point, but Monty said
that users may choose other than the default modes "soon".
