[vorbis] NERO plugin -writing OGGs to audio CD

It should be noted that the latest Siren product does NOT support RC2
encoded tracks. It will NOT play, convert or burn audio from RC2 files.
Trust me, I found out the hard way after I bought the only solution to burn
OGG->audio on the fly program on the market. I do agree that we need NERO
support for ogg to become more popular and adopted.

While I am no shill for Sonic Foundry, their Sound Forge product on
Windoze will directly write OGGs to an Audio CD. You just have to do
each file one at a time. Bad user interface (for CD creation), good
audio quality.
