Not in the sense that I write code. I did spend quite
some time playing with the encoder trying to get it tuned
better :)

'gt' stands for Garf-Tuned. These are the tweaked encoders
I made. Gt1 has a tuned 160kbps mode. Gt2 has tuned 128kbps
and 350kbps modes.
