It's even worse than that. Their demonstration
sources are without any indication what rights
they grant you exactly. That effectively makes
it copyrighted software, not grating you _any_
rights at all.

And for it to work, you must link it to FFTW,
which is a GPL, not LGPL, library.

I guess that as soon as they want to distribute
binaries of their software (oh, wait, they are
already doing that), they will be forced to either
write their own FFT routines or to actually GPL the
software. Doing the latter would immediately void
any patents they may have on the technology.
