I've uploaded one on http://sjeng.org/ftp/vorbis/

(...and please don't hesitate to bug me about something. Worst
that can happen is that I don't reply. The only thing that Free
Software coding gives you back is appreciation of users, and
it's _very_ enjoyable to know people are using and liking the
stuff I make)

I personally prefer oggdrop over oggenc because I noticed problems
encoding from stdin with oggenc. (Well, that, and the fish ;)

More specifically, I have one CD converted from Monkey's Audio
that's missing 2 seconds at the end of every song and is terrible
to listen to because of this.

I know AudioGrabber also consistently fails to work with oggenc.

Vakor denies it being an oggenc problem, but it _does_ work with
LAME. Even if those programs are doing technically incorrect
stuff, I'd be nice if Ogg at least worked with them, being with
an oggenc workaround or by helping the authors solve the problems.
