[vorbis] Vorbis for PlayStation

Firelight Multimedia support at fmod.org

This argument is rediculous.. linux ps2 development is for hobbyists and
isnt even on the radar on the grand scale of things. Anyone doing
serious ps2 development has full access to all the information needed.
Linux on ps2 isnt supported properly because it was just some way to
reclass the playstation for import to avoid certain taxes.
