[vorbis] feature request: HTTP proxy support in ogg123

Hi:

One feature that I'd like to see in ogg123 is support of HTTp proxys like
squid.  I would like to see ogg123 support the $http_proxy (lowercase)
environment variable, such as mpg123 does, and, if desired, also support
specification in ogg123rc if people would like to be able to set it that
way.
