[vorbis] new winamp plugin

Two suggestions: although an invalid file/filename doesn't show a message box
anymore, it stops all playback. If it's the first song in a playlist, it won't
skip that song and continue playing the rest of the playlist.

Also, it doesn't seem to be able to read files that are open by another
program. This would be useful for people listening to songs as they're being
downloaded.
