[vorbis] getting bits per sample

Internally, vorbis works with floating point samples, which are only
converted to the expected depth on output. AFAIK, there's no way to tell
the bit depth of the original input to the encoder. However, I suspect
there's an assumption of 16-bit samples in the current code.
