Real lossless encoding means, practically, "you can use it on the gcc
binary, and it comes out in-tact on the other side".  Vorbis can't do
that.

However, there's an Ogg codec from long ago named Squish that *is*
really lossless and I plan to update and rerelease it under the new
Ogg framework.  Squish won't do peeling, however.
