[vorbis] Oggenc & stdin

Hi:

I use:

cdparanoia -q -z 1 - |oggenc -o track1.ogg -

where 1 is track 1 on the CD.  Works fine for me.

Note that if you want to use raw input then you need the -r or --raw
switch and it needs to be 44100 hz 16 bit stereo PCM.
