Nope.

I expect Vorbis encoding to be at most 3x as slow as mp3 encoding.

Main memory is the bottleneck on such a machine. Expect 3 or 4
times realtime.

"Just estimates", "Your mileage may vary", etc. But in a few
months time, expect a lot of speed.
