[vorbis] Winamp plugin not recognized at all

Hello,

I´ve got _exactly_ the same Problem: The Beta-3 Plugin works, but the
Beta-4 Plugin is not even recognized!

My Machine:

AMD K6-2 @ 400 MHz (not overclocked)
Win95C
Winamp 2.72

Reinstalling of Winamp doesn´t help.

Anybody with an idea of what goes wrong?
