I have Winamp installed on my Win95 box, I just installed Winamp
on my Win98 (2nd Ed) box and the Vorbis plug-in works fine on it.

My 98 box is considerably cleaner then the 95 box, I reformatted
the disk and re-installed the OS about 9 months ago and did not
(re)install too many of applications, so that could be part of it
too.

Or it could be any one of 10,000 other things, I love windows....
