[vorbis] Ogg Vorbis in Audiograbber and more

[Example user SuSE Linux 6.3]

Is the next release the expected version 1.0 or are we still going to
have a beta 5?
ps:could you please sum up the major quality improvements that have
already been planned but are stil to be implemented im vorbis?
