[vorbis] Re: converting WAV to ogg

covert the wav files to 16bit pcm using a utility called sox by 
chris bagwell.  it is available @ 
http://home.sprynet.com/~cbagwell/sox.html .  judging from the 
vast list of formats it supports, i judge that it will be able 
to do that.
