[vorbis] Ogg Vorbis in Audiograbber and more

Hello,

Yeah I'll release a new binary very soon.  I know what it's like to not be
able to use what everyone's talking about.  ;-)  The only issue is that to
do the tag editing in winamp we're using code from VCE by warren spits.
It's a great program to do comment/tag editing in vorbis with.  The only
issue is that the licenses for the plugin and vce are slightly different.
As soon as warren updates it I'll release some binaries.
