Thanks for the reminder on this. I've just registered and given 1500
penguin pesos to Xiph. (In fact, I'm the person made Xiph break 90k.)

I'm not sure why they have a 1500 peso per person per project limit; I
suppose they want people to do more than just sign up, give everything
to their favorite, and then leave, which is more or less what I had had
in mind.
