[vorbis] mp3pro and the mp3 streaming license

I guess so, sorry.  The licence changes faster than I download.
I am not actively using Vorbis, but studying and pondering, so
my copy is not the latest.  As I understand this, my copy is
still GPL'ed even though you have changed the licence on your
modified copy.  I can't think why that would matter right now,
but it's good to remember to read the latest licence before
making too many plans that rely on it.
