[vorbis] libao and recent ALSA builds

Configure should let you disable alsa. It doesn't. This is a bug. Please
feel free to report it at http://bugs.xiph.org/

Until it gets fixed, just hack configure, or fix the code (we'd prefer the
latter, of course, but you might not :-)
