Maybe it is better if the plug-in is included in WinAMP distribution after
the release of RC1, so that it includes the RC1 decoder which should
be able to decode RC/final v1.0 ogg files?
I'm suggesting this because people who don't upgrade their WinAMP
regularly might have problems playing RC1 files...
