[vorbis] Does anyone need this sort of thing?

Hi,
I'm terribly sorry for wasting your time like this.
I made this little command line utility for oggenc which takes the metadata
from wav file names.
People ripping CDs might like it.

I know it is quite possible to do this sort of thing with shell scripts
and I am also well aware that this might actually be the worst way of doing it
but hey, I needed this sort of thing.

Anyway, I'm sure you'll let me know exactly how much you hate it..
