[vorbis] Hardware Vorbis

Yes I have thought of doing this I am currently a senior in computer
engineering at Virginia Tech, I haven't learned VHDL, that's this fall. I
currently think that the project is a little bit over my head. But I will
have 3 hours of independent study so we will see.
