Lowpassing seems to help as well. LAME with -r3mix setting does OK with
this clip since it lowpasses around 19kHz (everything above this is
pretty much inaudible). Maybe oggenc should use lowpass filter that
LAME uses (as an option)? Clip like this could be used as some kind of
copy protection since it trips most encoders...
