[vorbis] rc1 encoder?

Can anyone offer an expected release date of the rc1 encoder? I'm about
to depart overseas for a few months, and will encode a few of my
favourite CD's, but want to use the most reliable encoder (and I'm a bit
reluctant to use the b4 version).
