[vorbis] Open-source DirectX-like

Bernd Kreimeier worked on OpenAL before joining Loki if I'm not mistaken.
SDL was created by Sam Lantinga before joining Loki. Loki has the trademark
on OpenAL and Creative is pimping OpenAL. Most of the OpenAL development
happened by Loki employees - the Linux implementation was written by Joe
Valenzuela and the spec was mostly worked on by Bernd Kreimeier, Michael
Vance and Joe Valenzuela.

OpenAL is a cross platform 3D sound library and NOT a wrapper for DirectX.
Neither is SDL. SDL is a cross- platform library that abstracts used
functionality for games. Threads, sounds, input, graphics, ... so it has
roughly the functionality of DirectX.

At the moment I'm using OpenAL (and Ogg Vorbis) for our engine and am quite
happy with it.
