I'm thinking something's messed up on my system, because I backed out
the CVS to December 20, 2000, and it still fails. After that date I
had done extensive changes to ogg123, and I don't think I went for a
single compile without breaking out the debugger for something. So
either PEBCAK, or libc6 / libc6-dev Debian package bug.
