[vorbis] lame 3.87 / vorbis problem

  I'm getting this far in building LAME 3.87 beta:

  Can anyone suggest a fix ? I'm trying to compile the MuSE interface,
but I need LAME. Apparently it's out of sync with Vorbis...?
