[vorbis] Easiest CD --> Vorbis

cdparanoia can rip to stdout, and oggenc can encode from stdin.
But, to get all your TAGS the way you want, it might be a 
little tricky. I once hacked a script that used a separate
index-file for the correct titles and stuff.
