[vorbis] vorbis.com down?

Jack was muttering something about a routing error; he's in transit
back from Xmas vacation.

The machine is up and answering web requests; but requests from
outside the machine room are being blocked/dropped somewhere.

Jack will have it sorted out as soon as he's off the plane I expect.
