If we're talking about the band Bon Jovi (as opposed to the lead singer, 
Jon Bon Jovi), would you suggest two ENSEMBLE tags in your scheme?  I ask 
mainly for clarification on the use of multiple tags with the same name -- 
I know it's supported in general, but does the proposed standard seek to 
limit any of these to singletons?  (Not asking to be pedantic on the 
singer/band ambiguity :-)
