I am currently working on a paying Vorbis contract to add midi support
to Ogg.  So multiplexed streams will be done by mid-September, which is
when my contract is supposed to be completed.

There has been a lot of discussion on this topic, and one of my first
todo's is to go through all of it and compile a summary.

Ralph has also done a non-trivial amount of work to get MNG into Ogg.
