[vorbis] LAME guys are making improvements, too

it seems that at least some of the points that make OGG Vorbis
superior to MP3 will be eliminated (I still prefer OGG :)

I hope Gabriel commits Jons complete LAME Tag code soon to the CVS.

The LAME tag would makes all CBR(>=64kbit/s)/ABR/VBR LAME files have

+ complete protection with a CRC of ->ALL<- music data (musicCRC)
+ 100% guaranteed byte-exact removal of ANY kind of tags
+ a way to decode them exact in length, unit 1 sample
+ an exact log of what quality and mode LAME used to make this file
+ ReplayGain allowing you to play all your files with exact loudness

and it works, I even have a small linux/win32 console app to check it:
