[vorbis] RC2 worse than RC1 and Beta4??

I have tested RC2 RC1 BETA 4 on 1 Corrs track.

about 0:19 seconds from beggining...

there is sound at very high frequency...

On Beta4 and RC1 it sounds ok... but on RC2 I hear differences between
original... something like on MP3...
