[vorbis] RC2 release

I don't see this documented anywhere yet..
I'm using oggenc RC2 on Windows 2000.. Is it possible to enable/disable
channel coupling, or is it "stuck" on? Is the default channel coupling mode
lossless? If so, is it possible to select the lossy mode discussed earlier
on this list?
