[vorbis] Some pre-RC1 listening tests

Hello,

I found an even more obvious sample.

The encoder (oggdrop_rc1a010808_128only.exe) introduces a
very, very obvious "blubbering" artifact with this
sample (I managed to free some webspace)

The ZIP includes the LPAC-ed sample and a TXT-file with
additional information.
