[vorbis] Benchmarking mp3 vs. vorbis

There is the ~/.ogg123rc or /etc/ogg123rc option... (if using UNIX that 
is, I have no idea what the situation in windows is...)

echo default_device=null > ~/.ogg123rc
ogg123 test1.ogg
ogg123 test2.ogg
ogg123 test3.ogg
...
ogg123 testN.ogg

mpg123 -t test1.mp3
mpg123 -t test2.mp3
mpg123 -t test3.mp3
...
mpg123 -t testN.mp3

It appears mpg123 is more efficient for playing a short number of mp3's,
or playing all "at once" (with no time between) by specifying all on one
command line, but ogg123 appears more efficient in the long run.
