[vorbis] xmms plugin for ogg

You can get the xmms plugin source in the place where you get xmms (and
it's other plugin's) source.  www.xmms.org.  Best thing to do is get
both xmms and the vorbis plugin from cvs, since there's lots of bug
fixes to xmms that you will probably want.
