[vorbis] Mp3 to Ogg converter?

That's what I did.  Back in the beta1 days, there was a script mp3tovorbis
to do the conversion using mpg123 and vorbise (now defunked).  This script
wrote the output to a temporary file then encoded it.  Since both oggenc
and mpg123 can do piping, this seems needlessly wasteful.
