[vorbis] Alternate winamp plugin.

Hello!

I tested that plugin - sadly it does not work on my machine.
It doesn´t even appear in Winamp-preferences... just like
the "normal" Beta-4 plugin from vorbis.com.

The only plugin working on my system is the old Beta-3 one.

Reinstalling Winamp doesn´t help.

My setup:

 - Windows 95 C German 
 - AMD K6-2 400 on a DFI P5BV3+ Rev. C Mainboard (1 Meg of 2nd-level
   cache)
 - Creative Labs SoundBlaster PCI64
 - Winamp 2.74

Anyone with an idea of what´s going on? I am sorry that I
can´t provide more information... there´s no error-message or
something like this.
