[vorbis] OpenML, Khronos, and dmSDK

I've visited those sites - looks like this consortium is created to deal
with interoperability problems that we have today because of many
proprietary closed-source formats, and also they want to support
more operating systems.
But I don't see the word 'free' anywhere.

Well according to http://www.khronos.org/NABrelease.htm they have
announced their coalition just few days ago (Apr 11, 2001) at NAB
convention.
