Not really. I got similar results with Winamp and Sonique. There's a
lot more going on that decoding, like Visualizations, GUI updates, and
whatnot. It seemed reasonabe that there would be a 2% difference.
Especially when you consider that that 2% is probably the same 2% you
see in mpg123, or nearly. Visualizations take a fair amount of cpu.

Again, there's probably more stuff going on than just decoding audio.
That's why testing winamp or sonique is almost futile.
