[vorbis] bug? ogg123 and mono files

It's possible that the wav output plugin supports writing to stdout (I
think it does, but I'm not sure). I suggest you try that (you'll need to
specify the output filename as "-". May not work, though). 

The alternative is to just use decoder_example - which writes to stdout and
nothing else. It's a bit overly simplistic for many uses, though.
