[vorbis] Windows XP and MP3

I read it and smiled knowingly.

Do you realize how many products use Microsoft's mp3 encoder in order to
function? :)

It's too expensive to license that, so most people just use Microsoft's
netshow tools.

We couldn't ask for better happenings for Vorbis :)  All these companies
are just making it too easy.
